Legal entity and contact
Refunds, billing, and payment policy for the Riftmatch billboard auction are offered by Abriz LLC, the parent company and legal operator of these services. For support and refund inquiries, contact riftmatch@abriz.ai.
How payment works
Abriz LLCuses Stripe's authorization hold model for all billboard bids. When you submit a bid, your payment method is authorized but not charged. The hold reserves the bid amount on your card without completing the transaction.
If you lose the auction
Losing bidders are never charged. The authorization hold on your card is automatically released when the auction resolves at midnight UTC. Depending on your bank, the hold may take 5–7 business days to fully clear from your statement. No action is required on your part.
If you win the auction
The winning bid is captured (charged) when the auction resolves. Once captured, the payment is final and non-refundable. Your image will be displayed on the in-game billboard for the entire target day (midnight to midnight UTC).
Content removal
If your winning image is removed by Abriz LLC for violating our content guidelines (see Terms of Service), no refund will be issued. You are responsible for ensuring your submitted image complies with our guidelines before bidding.
Technical issues
If a technical issue on our end prevents your winning billboard image from being displayed for the majority of the target day, Abriz LLC will work with you on a case-by-case basis which may include a credit toward a future auction day. Contact us at riftmatch@abriz.ai with your bid details and a description of the issue.
Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact Abriz LLC at riftmatch@abriz.ai before initiating a dispute with your bank. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in being blocked from future auctions.
