Terms of Service

1. Legal entity and contact

The Riftmatch website, game-related services, and billboard auction are operated by Abriz LLC("Abriz," "we," "us," or "our"), the parent company. These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Abriz LLC regarding your use of the billboard auction and related offerings. For support, billing questions, and any legal notices, contact riftmatch@abriz.ai.

2. Billboard auction overview

Riftmatch operates a daily billboard auction that allows advertisers to bid for placement of their image on the in-game billboard within the Riftmatch arena. Each auction cycle runs for 24 hours and resolves at midnight UTC. The highest bidder at resolution time wins the billboard placement for the following day.

3. Bidding process

To place a bid, you must provide a display name, email address, a billboard image (1920×1080, max 2MB, JPG/PNG/WebP), and a bid amount of at least $1 USD. Upon submitting your bid, your payment method is authorized via Stripe but not charged until the auction resolves and you are declared the winner.

4. Payment authorization

All bids use Stripe's manual capture payment flow. When you submit a bid, your card is authorized for the bid amount. If you win, the charge is captured. If you lose, the authorization is released and no charge is made. Authorization holds typically expire within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

5. Winning and display

The winning bidder's image is displayed on the in-game billboard for the target date (one full calendar day, midnight to midnight UTC). Abriz LLC reserves the right to reject or remove images that contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content without refund.

6. Content guidelines

Submitted billboard images must not contain:

• Nudity or sexually explicit content
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Illegal products or services
• Misleading or deceptive advertising
• Malware, phishing links, or QR codes to harmful content

7. Liability

Abriz LLCprovides the billboard placement on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee any specific number of impressions, views, or clicks. Game uptime, player counts, and visibility may vary. Abriz LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the billboard auction.

8. Changes to these terms

Abriz LLC may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the billboard auction after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
